    I feel your pain,.. men are so heartless sometimes,.. it's not worth it... try, try, try, to let go,.. stay home and cry for a few days but then get out!! Get out alone, or with friends,.. move on... if he's causing pain, it's not love, if it's not love it's not worth it... I should take my own advice,.. easier said...
