I Wonder Why I Have Such Off the Wall Thoughts Sometimes

I ponder what the implications would be, if the Mars Curiosity Rover discovered something extremely significant to life on that planet... like a skull or something... and what if the skull was humanoid in nature?
What if a significant find of some kind, it being anthropological or archeaological will be the event, prophesied by some, to "change the world" in December? I don't believe there will be apocalypse, btw. I am not THAT nutty....

*waits for everyone to scatter away from me because I have bizarre off the wall thoughts*
