Troll Customer

I was working for Dillard's department store selling men's shoes. A man walked up and picked up a Merrell hiking shoe. I wasn't too close to him so he was sort of yelling at me. He said, "Are the soles on these rubber?" I said yes. He was staring at me like he was nuts! He kept repeating this over and over and staring at me like he was about to kill me. Lol!!! I couldn't believe this guy! He would not stop. He said,"Do you really know? I don't think you do!!!!" Talk about an abusive weirdo. He said,"I don't think you want to help me." After his interrogation and questioning what I knew I said,"How can I help you when you don't believe anything I am saying?" And I refused to even continue with this crap! He said he was going to tell the managers I wouldn't help him. Luckily a co-worker heard and saw what was going on and came over and waited on the idiot. Obviously he didn't like women selling men's shoes and didn't think I knew anything about the merchandise which was not the case at all. They had us watch video after video on all the different brands and how they were made, what materials were used, where they are made, and the whole life store of the people who came up with each brand. Yeah I don't know anything!!!!!!!! Like I am going to help someone after they berate and belittle me like that!
