 i work in retail . and man it is amazing and sometimes it is retarded . you know the old adage the customer is always right . while i kind of have to live it at work .

it a little ate to answer(5 years) but customers are right because they buy.Buying gives them power(temporary)But employeers needs to talk to the employee apart-ask what happened and gives them advise(the first time)-not write them off.Explain why complaints are not good.Symphatize with customers up to the point of NOT humiliating employee right there.
