I Feel That I Must

I hit the treadmill for at least a half an hour seven days a week. I circuit train with weights for forty-five minutes to an hour five days a week. I am about to include another half hour in the treadmill seven days a week. That way it's once in the morning just before the weights and once at night to keep my metabolism up.
I have never had a problem building muscle mass, only in defining that muscle. I have had a love hate relationship with my weight. I have been forty pounds overweight and I have been ten pounds underweight. The pendulum usually takes time to swing from one to the other but it has always swung. I work out the way that I do to stop this cycle.
