Every Day? Evert Week?

I used to be pretty good about getting some exercise, hitting the gym 3 times a week, doing some outdoorsy stuff on the weekends.  I find it's gotten harder and harder over time - now, it seems like it's a good week if I make it to the gym twice, often even once!  I need to find ways to make some more time in the day!
