Working It Out
Now working out is not something I have always done or wanted to do. However I decided I needed something to release some energy and pent up frustrations.Needed to lower my blood pressure and just wanted better overall health. So I started working out 3 to 4 days a week not including playing sports with my kids and I love it. I do kickboxing, Zumba dance and circuit training.I am now addicted, I can't stand to miss a day and I try very hard not to. Working out has allowed me to look and feel great!! I just regret I didn't start doing it sooner.
