Working It Out

Now working out is not something I have always done or wanted to do. However I decided I needed something to release some energy and pent up frustrations.Needed to lower my blood pressure and just wanted better overall health. So I started working out 3 to 4 days a week not including playing sports with my kids and I love it. I do kickboxing, Zumba dance and  circuit training.I am now addicted, I can't stand to miss a day and I try very hard not to.  Working out has allowed me to look and feel great!!  I just regret I didn't start doing it sooner.

I wish I had the motivation to work out like you do.

It took time to see but it really makes me feel better.

When I do work out all I do is run. I know I need to be more consistent with that.

I keep trying to find that inspiration to work out and maybe I have now. Been under a lot of stress at work at that takes a lot out of me but feeling better about myself could dissolve some of that.

Well it will help you deal with your stress and improve your health. Try it at your own pace with something you like.

I've been trying to get back into walking after a long absence of it. It has helped to have some very nice friends to talk to while I take those walks (burns a couple of more calories :) ). Allows me to leave some home related stress at the door step as well as that pesky work related stress too. With the weather getting warmer it is as good to get out and walk but I need to make the effort a bit more often.

It is addictive!

yes it is!

You know I miss you too!! Thanks Girl!!

So happy you are feeling good! Still miss ya though!
