The Pain Of It All

I work out every day and every morning I wake up to PAIN! What is up with that? I'm not very athletic, so I think I could be doing it all wrong. Just trying to keep my weight down, and it is working, lost 25 lbs over the last 8 weeks, but not feeling good in the morning is kind of a drag. Once I work out again in the afternoon, I'm fine until the next morning.

great workout

Had the same problem as you . Its simply overstraining the muscles.<br />
So every 10 weeks , I take a break for a week , dough keep the cardio going on . <br />
I got deltoid injury recently and it gave me problem with sleeping due to pain .<br />
I started taking Melatonin twice a night, first dose 1.5 mg two h before sleep and the last 1.5 mg just before going to bad . It gives me night a sleep without pain
