Try Bikram Yoga!

Good for you!!! Workout is great! And muscle burns more calories than fat, so be sure to do weight training as well as cardio!!!!

I work out 6 hrs. per week...love it...weightlifting, pilates, yoga, step, dance....all the food groups..just don't give up..it is hell to get back.
