Cardio and Weights

I work out at 24 hour fitness.  It helps me to have a membership somewhere rather than just work out at home.  I don't like running on pavement either so the ellipticals at the gym help out.  I usually spend about 30 minutes doing cardio and then lift weights.  I usually work out 4X per week, sometimes 5.

It makes you feel good is the main reason I go. Getting the blood flowing and endorphins in action helps me feel alive. Whenever I've let myself get out of shape I remember why I work out. Cause you feel like crap when you don't. Plus I want to have big muscles for all the pretty ladies out there like yourself! Actually, I have a very thin build so none of my muscles are big, but it's nice to be defined and just generally in shape. Why do you go?

I agree working out at the gym is easier than at home, and once I am at the gym I am committed, the problem is getting there. What is your motivation to go?
