The Gym

I work out with a trainer for an hour two days a week and then follow-up with 45 minutes of cardio.  I also spin three additional days a week.  Sometimes I will add another class.  Working out has changed my body and my life.  I LOVE IT!

doesn't the 'burn' feel wonderful? i mean ... you'd think (those who don't regularly exercise) it would hurt but to me ... it's a HIGH! I LOVE IT! glad you were able to get into the 'groove' of working out. i'm sure you will or do sorely miss it when you can't make one of your classes. i always did - my body somehow knew! amazing eh?
