On and Off

I have been working out for a few years and I have also with diet changes lost about 40 pounds and a few inches.

I'm trying to lose more and get into the shape that I was in at 25 which is achieveable. 

So with help from my friends both here and at home I am starting with a workout routine again, I'm wanting to get into shape but when you travel as much as me for work it is hard to keep it going.

So now it is just doing it.

I have joined the group that I do P90X and I am starting it so by the New Year I should be done with it but I tell you the first few days..............owwwww.

Found a routine to get into shape with and it is trying to stick with it.<br />

Plus since this story I'm down another 15 pounds.

Many many hotels have fitness rooms (yeah, I know they usually suck a bit, but it's something). A lot of travelers won't stay in a place that doesn't have one.
