Sometimes I Slack Off, But When I Do It, I Do It...

Maybe that's why sometimes I slack off.  It's not a "workout" to me unless I'm sweaty & my muscles are screaming.  But I want results.  My goal is not to "look hot" but to feel amazing... strong & energetic.  My shy side gets real creeped out if people look at me too much, anyway, so I focus on how I feel.

"Train"? Wow, that sounds serious... more so than "work out." I like that. I want to train for old age, so I don't have to be stooped over, inflexible, and tired with weak bones.

Nothing quite like the burst of endorphens after a good worrk ..... I train three times a week ...
