    i have the same problem so i try to do something before getting online.Too bad the computer isn't hooked to the exercise bike.i whould't have a weight problem than.

    Ahem...anyway. It can be a pain to get up and start working out, especially with so much stuff going on. I have been doing a little more physical activity lately than normal. It doesn't have to always be lifting weights and treadmill, ride a bike somewhere or find a sport you really like, I tend to skate alot, It keeps me from getting overweight yet I'm not stuck at a gym which I find boring. Also the music suggestion was a good one. It feels good to have your own personal themesong playing when your working out, lol.

    Same here I lack motivation as there is no reson to work out for I work two jobs and go for walks on my own and play on my computer.

    I've been lazy lately, too. I went for a run today and felt better than I have in weeks. I hope you find your motivation.

    Someone told me once, "It takes 30 days to make it habit, it only takes 7 days to break the habit" I have faith that you will get back into it, you may have just needed a little break. Exercise is 90 Percent mental!

    Just don't let that become another excuss ;) You are on the right track keep it up. Might find that your cold goes away quicker. .. I need to take my own advice.

    1.5 miles is 1.5 miles more than if you didn't do it at all. It doesn't matter how much or how little you do, as long as you get up and do it, it's still an accomplishment. If you keep this up, you might be able to run Chicago Marathon in October.

    I started going after work for a 30 minute workout on the way home.



    You sound burned out. Do something completely different and it may keep you interrested.

    Mr D i workout three times a week amd still have plenty

    of time for everything else ....



    Its the work out that gives you the energy for everthing else ...

    Download some anthem music to your MP3 player and use that when you workout. It will get you moving.

    Umm I suggest you get your dimpled butt up in the morning and go to the gym first thing. Fungirl adores dimples but not on the butt. LOL is that motivation enough my friend?
