I Work Out
I work out daily, even if it's just push ups and sit ups. When I do a full work out it takes me at least 2 hours. I don't go to the gym, I do everything at home. I have a weight bench and free weights. For cardio, I ride my bike. There is a beautiful trail not far from my house, I ride 26 miles, normally twice a week. It only takes a couple hours so, it's easy to fit in with all the other things I do. I love the burning feeling I get from pushing my muscles to the limit. I love the affects working out has on my body, strong, toned and solid. It's such a great feeling, being in shape and being somewhat healthy.
I wish more people got the same enjoyment as I do with working out. The world would be a healthier place.
