Love To Exercise!

Hi there!

I know there are a lot of people out there that absolutely loathe exercising, but I love it!  I get up every morning at 3 a.m., make some coffee, and start to workout around 4 a.m. It's a little early, but I help babysit at 6 a.m. and it lasts pretty much all darned day, so there's really no other time.  Besides, I've grown to naturally wake up at that time.  Don't even need an alarm clock or anything.  Wouldn't want to wake the rest of the house up at that hour anyway.

I usually use my Nintendo Wii as part of my workout.  I like the sports games especially.  Trying to get hooked on EA Sports Active, but just can't seem to motivate myself to do it every day.  So that's what I start out with, the Wii.  I'll usually play golf, bowling (I even have a Wii Bowling ball that fits over the remote!), boxing, tennis... you name it.  Then I'll take a little break and do an online strength training video with either my weights, resistance bands, or just my own body weight (you know, crunches, push-ups and the like)  The Wii takes up about an hour, and the videos, about half an hour.  After that, I kickbox, dance, and jump rope to music on my iPod!  It's a lot of fun, if you ask me.  Burns a lot of calories too.  I think it's about 700 per day, though I do have my 900 random days.

I've lost almost 60 lbs. doing this routine.  Think I need to change it up a bit though, my weight loss is getting kind of slow!  I am 5'4" and my high weight was 171 back in mid-March of 2009, now I'm at 112.8 lbs.  I would like to get to 105 lbs.  Need to try out some new kind of workout (though I will still play my Wii.  I'm addicted!)  Thank you for reading!
