If I were a month I would be: April... preparing the world (at least this side of it), for may's blossoms.
If I were a day of the week I would be: Sunday... a day I like to take easy... just a quiet, lazy day, when naps are not only permitted, but encouraged, and a fresh new week is about to start.
If I were a time of day I would be: Evening... when the work is all done, and the only thing left to do is whatever you want.
If I were a planet I would be: Jupiter... (I couldn't actually decide, so I let my son choose for me... )
If I were an article of clothing I would be: A black sweater.
If I were a direction I would be: UP
If I were a piece of furniture I would be: A sofa... endless possibilities... providing, that is, you don't get stuck in it...
If I were a historical figure I would be: "national velvet"
If I were a drink I would be: Zima.... refreshing, citrusy and slightly intoxicating.
If I were a stone, I would be: the perfect skipping stone... because you know you will regret using it, but when you do, it will be a momentous and never forgotten occasion.
If I were a room, I would be: my living room. comfortable, and containing many of the things that I love.
If I were a bird, I would be: A Penguin... awkward and always all dressed up with nowhere to go on land, but in the water, graceful and perfectly presentable.
If I were a tool, I would be: a chainsaw... deadly in serial killer's or inexperienced hands, but capable of both hard work and detailed art in the right hands.
If I were a flower/plant I would be: an aloe plant... soothing relief
If I were a kind of weather I would be: A thundershower... impressively loud, but not really all that much of a threat.
If I were a mythical creature I would be: the Cheshire Cat
If I were a musical instrument, I would be: a piano. push the right keys and music erupts, or trickles out, depending on the touch of the pianist.
If I were an animal, I would be: A panther, killing only to provide food and protection for myself and family, playful, watchful, sliding into the shadows and disappearing at will...
If I were a color, I would be: Blue... it gets along with nearly all the other colors... unless they are total @rses...
If I were an emotion, I would be: open ... I spent far too much of my life emotionally closed up.. i would want to be expressive in all.
If I were a vegetable, I would be: asparagus...
If I were a sound, I would be: a comfortable silence. no pressure,
If I were a car, I would be: a 79 chevy pickup. complete with quirks, no tailgate and sold "as Is"

If I were a movie, I would be directed by: whoever directed "the Mexican"... love that movie...

If I were a food, I would be: an eclair.... or chocolate glazed donut holes..... or lamb chops with mint sauce or ..... pasta with pasta sauce, or .........
If I were a place, I would be: a cavern. complete with glittering Stalactites and Stalagmites.
If I were a material, I would be: under-armour... keeps you warm, without being constricting.
If I were a taste, I would be: corona with salt and lime
If I were a scent, I would be: the warm, clean scent of freshly laundered clothes, just out of the dryer.

If I were an object, I would be: A seashell. washed up on the shore and collected and kept as a treasure by a small child.
If I were a body part I would be: a hand. to help, to hold, to touch, to massage, to wipe the tears of those who need it.

If I were a shape I would be: a circle... of protection, of love, of what goes around, comes around ...eventually.
