For Everything There Is A Season

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
For everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven: a time to be born a time to die; a time to pant and a time to pluck what is planted; a time to kill and a time to heal; a time to break down and a time to build up; a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance; a time to cast away stores and a time to gather stores; , a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing; a time to gain and a time to lose; a time to keep and a time to throw away; a time to tear and a time to sew; a time to keep silence and a time to speak; a time to love and a time to hate; a time of war and a time of peace.

I have always believed in God, even when I didn't believe in church, and when I didn't read the bible, and sometimes even when I didn't know I believed in Him, he stayed in my subconscious. I have had guardian angels my whole life, but that story belongs somewhere else. I have been a messenger for God...and have been called upon at random times to share his word with others who just couldn't hear it when He put it in their hearts. So now, in this later stage of my life, I wonder how when I am at times so close to God... how at others times I have been so far away... it helps me to know that for everything there is a season, and that God has his reasons. Thats why I picked this as my favorite bible verse. God doesn't just tell you what you should do, he lets you make your own mistakes, and helps you learn from them. He doesn't just tell you what you should be believe, he leads you to matter what path that might take you down.
