It Is Helping a Bit

For months I have been keeping all my feelings to myself only and was getting more and more depressed. I cannot believe that sharing would help so much. For the last few days I have been writing here about how I feel… nothing much… just my thoughts. It is just unbelievable how much better I feel after each time! I am being honest. I do not try to hide anything. I am being me.
