Thank you :) I feel that they suit me and would teach a person much about me if they care to learn - much like any of the items in the box would (or at the very least, it will make people wonder).

Excellent choices. :-)

Some from the Elder Futhark -
Eihwaz, for steadfastness.
Gebo, for balance.
Isa, for clarity.
Kenaz, for passion and vision.
Nauthiz, for patience.
Uruz, for wisdom and tenacity.

As well as some personal runic imagery I've come across...mostly for communication, loyalty, peace, rationality, understanding, and unity.

(I might make it up into a runic map of sorts.)

I love the idea of the drawing of you hugging those dearest to you!

Which runes would you choose and why?

A feather can mean a few things to me...

They show an interconnectedness of air and life.
They feel and sound amazing to write with when dipped in ink or paint (I love the scratching; I can't really explain why).
They show a tendency for change, which I've definitely noticed a lot in my life.

And finally...feathers show that to be free you must shed something.

What's the feather for?
