Without A Doubt

This is something I feel strongly about. I love what and who I love, I dress how I want, I like the books and music and films I like, and I don't care what anyone thinks. I have days when I feel bad because I'm not what conventional society deems "desireable", but overall, I will be myself and do what I want with no regard to how others judge me.

Recently someone made fun of me for wearing clothing that I happen to like a lot. And I laughed, because really? Some guy I don't even know/probably wouldn't like personally rudely telling me that he doesn't like my style is like the least of my worries.

Instead of feeling bad about myself, I found myself thinking, "Wow, what a douchebag. I'd hate to be his mom and have to take credit for his s_h_i_t_t_y attitude." lol

I think "not caring" comes easier with growing up and maturing.
