When I'm stressed are overwhelmed by something I write it out. For the last ten years I'd write letters to people who I felt hurt me or wronged me in some kind of way. When I was done I'd feel a sense of relief, even though I never mailed the letter or given it to the person I wrote it for. I guess it was all about getting it off my chest and out of mind. I don't write as much as I use to but I do write when I really need to relieve my stress.
