Cogitation

Galaxy of many thoughts
scattered like burning stars
Some more luminous then others
Insignificant memories left untouched or
Long forgotten like lost love
At times it's difficult to decipher
Illusions from reality
Ambushed by masses of thoughts at once
Leaving my physical form paralyzed in fear of mental destruction
I'm drowning in a sea of reflections
Emotions surfacing like strong waves
Lurid and unrestrained
Sanity is in question.
