Green daises and fluorescent skies
Velvet trees
Aphonic cries
Cold sun peers through the thigh of clouds
Heavy oceans bleed life.
Future lies in the souls of the past
Set sail
Time now obsolete
Voices confined in tombs
Undistinguished graves
Muted tongues
Mystic tales
Unfamiliar trails
Leading north to somewhere
With black and white rainbows,
Prosaic minds lurk.
Lifeless entities
Sickened with fear
Deep in hunger
Crumbs of despair
Silence echoes
Death befouls the air
Dare not dream
Of blissful bird chirps
Robins breed madness.
