Silencing Dawn

Breeding like the silence of the night,
Peaceful sanction has been taken
Hatred of another; breeds in a form so vial;
A religion so unknown, so misunderstood

Reason of action lost in all question?
A vow that was commended; now taken,
Dominion has sanctioned a great loss
Fires light exploded on an early morn’;

Falling bodies hailed; then a strayed
Emergency and rescue efforts deployed,
Many lines have been saved and yet taken
For measures which still remain unclear....

America and the world a like morn a loss;
Sanctioned by hope and strength
A horror embedded in our hearts and souls.
