I Have Wasted Time

I have cried so many tears that my eyes are dry,
I have bled too much blood that I have now scarred skin,
I have seen too many pain that I have forgotten peace,
Life to me is broken secrets,
Are you going to face the fact,
Accept that I can not smile without it hurting.

I have fought me way through life that now I see no other way,
I have giving in so many times that I don't know when to back down,
I have held too many secrets that I don't know how to trust,
How can you breathe if it is poison,
What do you expect me to say,
Letting the wind carry me away.

I have screamed too loud that my voice is unheard,
I have tried my best that now I won't give up,
I have been awake for far too long that I can no longer dream,
Fighting each day so i can survive,
Looking beyond the pain,
Trying to take it one step at a time.

I have fell down too many times that I can't get up,
I have wished for nothing that I can no longer hope,
I have stayed still for far too long that I am frozen,
Waiting for the right moment,
Going to take my strike,
Freeing myself tonight.
