butterfly

Not any more my butterfly
Will I care if you hybernate
And forget the world around you
or when you spread your delicate
wings and fly, for I know you come
back and flutter around me and
how I love to look at your awesome
markings and colours.

Was worth the wait to see you as
You so excite me with your presence
your little tiny eyes and as I look close
I can see your smile.

Well my friend that was short and sweet
as now you lay at my feet and your sole
is gone into the air of nature.

I now close my eyes and dream of you
and me floating in the midst of it all
you stay with me, live, let die , and
forever in spirit.
