My Path

i walked through the heavy rain
wandered over the snow covered plain
had the hail falling down on my head
and made the soft moss my bed

sitting at the dancing fire
with every second i aspire
seeking for inner tranquility
i escape the man made realit

i bow to the face of nature
listening to it's lecture
soaking up the hidden lore
while i travel from shore to shore

this great journey has no end
and i walk around the bent
what i find is a hidden den
i rest until dawn and start again

i walk through the heavy rain
wander over the snow covered plain
have the hail falling down on my head
and make the soft moss my bed

thank you

this is a better one of mine, i really don't think, that i'm good enough to publish anything

that was... sincere, and beautiful...

if you always write like that you could publish a book of poetry

thanks

the funny thing is that i nearly completely stopped writing in german

i love it that the lines are kept simple due to my limited english vocabulary
