Walk

Walk
By Lucifer

The wind breathes so cold onto my skin
That I barely see the magic in this life
The flow from the child to the soft stroll of the woman in love
I walk slowly, taking in all like a dream
The sky rains down from above
But we laugh and play in its giving ways
Barefoot and my shirt is thin
Feeling the world flow into me
So surreal this world seems
The love that moves with the strife
The pain that lies with the pleasure
The calm nights that dance with the hectic days
And to me it flows in the air like a soft feather
From one place to the next, always showing us something new to see
Walking along the rain soaked side-walk
We all move as one soul going into the night
Where we will lay down with our lovers in the dark
Where we live with our senses, not our sight
All of us finding our ways to love
As the rain falls lovingly down upon us from Above
