    You do a great service to readers via your writings. For here are nourishing feasts for the mind that don't taste too heavy or take ages to digest, despite being so full of profound insight. They are to be savoured and enjoyed!

      It's great to have someone understand everything I'm trying to say. Mostly it doesn't happen. And your comments are lovely.

    Hey Kat, It's such a joy to read your comments! Mostly it seems death sneaks up on us and takes us by surprise. But like everything else in this world, we have to give our consent to it in one form or another in order for us to experience it. Yes I've had a few near death experiences and always took the opportunity to live. I've come to the conclusion that nobody really dies, they just can't find enough room to live.

    This made me giggle!

    Very creative and clever!

    Death can be reasoned with?

    I hope so!

    Why not...this is what we all have, the ability to reason and contemplate our existence.

    It also seems that Angela in the moment she realized death was to take her decided she might want to live a while longer! She still has unfinished business and a life to fully live.

    This Angela would be fun to meet and talk with!

    Very creative and introspective...sounds like sweet and intelligent suzzzy!!!

    Bravo!

    Glad you liked my story. I haven't read anythiing by Neil Gaiman but I'll have to look him up and read some of his stuff. I have thought of continuing this story so maybe soon I'll get into it again. Thanks again for your kind words.

    This is beautiful. It really left me wanting to read more about what happens next.

    I have to say there was an element about it that reminded me a fair bit about Neil Gaiman. Have you read his work by any chance? He's a fantasy based writer.

    Keep on writing. You have a wonderful way with word!

    Hey Mike;

    I'm really happy you enjoyed this story. It did flow smoothly while I was writing it. That's when writing is the most fun. And then if someone else enjoys it, that just adds to the fun. Thanks, love.
