No Big Deal

I wrote a 50-page manual explaining how to do my job – complete with glossary and FAQ’s. I tried to make it so simple that someone could walk in off the street and understand it. My intent was that in the event that something happened to me (major illness, injury, etc.), someone could use it to keep thing running in my absence.

I thought nothing of it. However, my co-workers were utterly amazed and highly impressed. They told me that people don’t just go out and write manuals, let alone one so complete. They were so impressed with it that they even sent a copy of it to the corporate headquarters!

Bravo from Palm Springs!

You are a rare talent and unusual in your concern for what might occur in your absence.
However, I am not surprised, noting some of your other experiences.
My hat's off to you today!
