Letter You'll Never Get To Read...

I wrote you a letter after you'd gone, but you won't be able to get it. I just needed to tell you what I never could.

I wanted to say sorry for not spending as much time with you as I could. I needed to tell you just how much you meant to me, but I never did. I didn't tell you when you were here and now I fear it's too late.

Yes, I wrote a letter you'll never read and left it by your stone. Then I stood back and looked at it, while trying to be strong. A sudden wind kicked up and with it the letter was gone. After the letter was taken by the breeze, I sat down cried. Finally shedding all the tears I hid when you died.

I hope that you got it, I hope the wind brought it to you. But if it didn't I just want to say, I love you more than anything, and miss you more each day.

Thanks.
I was writing it from the heart, so I hope they got it.

I have this strong feeling that the person you wrote to got the message.
Wish you peace.
