When you're confronted with a problem, you slow down and assess exactly what is going on. You don't want to act too quickly, but you will act when you know the coast is clear. I'm from the coast...so it makes sense to me!

You believe that going too fast and going too slow can be equally damaging. You aim to end up somewhere in the middle between recklessness and stagnation. I like excitement and adventure, but with safe boundaries. That doesn't mean I don't like to push the envelope a bit!

"Self-pity is our worst enemy and if we yield to it, we can never do anything wise in this world."

Thank you for your story!
I share your love of excitement and adventure. Safe boundaries can be like a mirage though. Sometimes others do not yield. Got hit by a trucks side mirror this week. Police have the mirror, but not the driver.
Back out riding my bike though. Give up on your dreams and sense of adventure, you give up on life.
All that to say my sign would be; "share the road", both on the highway and in life.
