If you're like, right in front of me. I am not going to say anything except look rather uncomfortable.
BUT if you're in front of me, like in a line or something I'd be like *sigh* "This line is long huh?" and wait patiently for you to answer.
Or, if you are standing in front of me and I can't see I'm going to say, "I can't see, can you move please? Thanks." *warm smile*
If you're standing in front of me and smiling at me, I'm going to feel awkward but say "Hey, how are you??" and smile.
And if you're a special someone and you're standing right in front of me, I wouldn't say anything, I'd just hug you.
