I Discriminate Until They Lose "minority Status"

Because they have special status as "minorities." I hang around them and call many of them friends but I wouldn't hire them, just like most women or blacks. As a boss I cannot decide on who does what job because of their minority status. For Christ sake, some are double minorities! You need an act of Congress to fire them even if they are totally incompetent. So I don't hire them. If they didn't have special minority status I'd hire them just as soon as any other person if they could do the job. I find the average gay I know to be very intelligent but I can't take a chance on a lawsuit. And I'm not going to apologize for it.
